Our DR Upgrade Kits for the Dragon come with the following custom-engineered pieces: laptop tray assembly with corresponding top cap, DR panel box, panel box mount, power cord holder, all hardware needed to install the kit onto your cart, and detailed installation instructions.

Dragon DR Upgrade Kit
Our DR Upgrade Kits for the Dragon allow you to retrofit your existing system and make it a new, digital machine in no time! Our Dragon Upgrade Kits have been custom-designed specifically for use on Dragon X-Ray portables. They are lightweight, durable, tech-friendly, and affordable. Designed to be used with any 14” x 17” wireless DR detector, our kits are easily assembled and quickly installed.
Our full Kits for this system come with the following:
- Laptop Tray Assembly – for securing your laptop in a tech-friendly position and easily taking it on and off the cart
- DR Panel Box – customized to fit your specific panel and keep it safe from the elements
- Panel Box Mount – to secure the panel box to your X-Ray cart
- Power Cord Holder* – for repositioning your system’s power cord in order accommodate stowing of the power cord onto the X-Ray cart
- All Hardware needed to install the upgrade kit onto your X-Ray cart
- Detailed Installation Instructions
*Not all Dragon carts will need their power cord holders repositioned. MDI includes this piece with every Dragon upgrade kit to ensure that you have it if it’s needed.
